So any healthcare provider, whether it’s a nurse, whether it’s a physician, whether it’s any other kind of healthcare provider, can be held liable if they, what’s called, fall below the standard of care, meaning they’re negligent in providing healthcare services to a patient. It doesn’t necessarily matter what their title is; if they’re a healthcare provider and they deviated from the standard of care, and, of course, that deviation or negligence caused somebody injury, we can hold them responsible. And I think one of the things that separates us from other law firms is that we’re incredibly thorough about making sure that we don’t just look at the set of facts that’s been provided to us right from the beginning, but we investigate everybody who played a role in providing healthcare to that person to make sure that any person who may have contributed to our client’s injury we hold responsible, and I know that we’re very good.
