What Is Hospital Negligence?

So hospital negligence in Florida is the same standard as it would be for a physician. So it is a reasonableness standard for a hospital. Obviously, hospitals have multiple parts to them. There are nurses, there are doctors, there are techs, there are pathologists. Regardless of what part of the hospital they work in, the standard is still the same. It is still the reasonable standard that you use and you look at in determining whether there is, in fact, hospital negligence.
