There are a lot of known risks associated with surgery, and in fact, if you’ve ever had surgery, you were probably given an informed consent sheet, and it will include things such as infection, uncontrollable bleeding, that the surgery doesn’t solve the problem, things like that. But just because it’s a known risk of surgery does not mean that when it happens, it didn’t happen because of negligence. The same thing can happen in some surgeries without negligence, but that does not mean that in your surgery it was not the result of negligence, and that’s why you need a professional to look at your case.
