We are excited to announce that two of our esteemed attorneys, Daniel Harwin and Deborah Gander, will be speaking at the upcoming American College of Trial Lawyers Bootcamp on Wednesday, May 29, 2024. This one-day intensive event will take place at the Wilkie D. Ferguson, Jr. U.S. Courthouse in Miami, Florida, from 8:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., with sign-in starting at 7:30 A.M.
Hosted by the American College of Trial Lawyers and MDFAWL, the bootcamp will feature a full reenactment of the trial of Alphonse “Al” Capone for the St. Valentine’s Day Massacre. This engaging program will walk participants through the entire anatomy of a trial, from opening statements to closing arguments, offering valuable insights and practical knowledge applicable to your legal practice.
Our very own Daniel Harwin and Deborah Gander, with their decades of trial experience, will be delivering an insightful session on Opening Statements. Their extensive expertise will provide attendees with invaluable strategies and tips for crafting compelling opening statements that can set the tone for a successful trial.
The bootcamp will include lectures, live demonstrations, and panel discussions with a distinguished lineup of speakers, including renowned trial lawyers and esteemed judges.
