Melissa Gunion is a trial attorney representing individuals harmed by the negligence of others, including personal injury, product liability, nursing home negligence, and medical malpractice cases. Ms. Gunion is admitted to practice law in Florida, including the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Supreme Court.
