Not all unsuccessful plastic surgery cases are the result of malpractice or medical negligence. Sometimes there are simple foreseeable surgical complications that can cause a poor cosmetic outcome, including infection. Sometimes someone with a skin type that would not be expected to scar badly or to get keloid or hypertrophic scarring, they do get that outcome, and it’s a far, far worse cosmetic outcome than they had before surgery. That’s not necessarily the result of medical negligence, but that is why you need a professional to investigate your case to determine if your bad outcome was the result of negligence.
