I don’t know that there is a set surgical error that happens more often than not, because typically you have one individual who is controlling that setting, and if the surgeon makes a mistake, it’s a surgical error. A cardiothoracic surgeon could cut the wrong vein. They could fail to properly anticoagulate the person so that their blood is thin enough to follow through. You could have a surgeon pierce an intestine when they’re doing something in the intestinal tract. There are so many different variety. As many surgeons and as many operations as you have that’s the type of surgical errors that are out there.
